I was scared to death about getting a root canal so young... But Dr. Peinado was seriously the BEST doctor, I've had. She was so gentle and had given me a full run down on what she was doing every second of the way. Her office staff was great!! The office was spotless, clean feeling from the time you walked in to leaving. She really was amazing all around. She gave me a call a couple hours later to make sure I was doing well too.. Thank you again!

I am a mutual colleague of Dr. Peinado and had to have a root canal completed by her. I would recommend her to any one of my patients as she is kind, compassionate and a perfectionist! Thank you for your expertise.

If I could give Dr. Peinado and her team 10 stars I would! I was referred to Dr. Peinado by my dentist for a root canal. In my mind the first ting I thought was how much is this going to cost me? I arrived at Bartram Endodontics still feeling a bit frustrated by the fact that I had to be there and still thinking how much is this going to set me back. Boy was was my visit everything I was not expecting and more than I could have ever hoped for. As soon as I walked in, it was like I was attending an appointment at a health spa. The decoration and ambiance was so serene and peaceful. I was received as soon as I walked in and politely escorted to a waiting room. Dr Peinado was so pleasant and informative she quickly made me feel at home and advised that if there was no need for a root canal she would not perform one. She stated that she did not believe in charging for things patients did not need. She recommended getting an 3D x-ray which would conclusively determine if I needed the root canal. But once completed she quickly ruled out there was no need. Dr. Peinado then asked if I had any questions and advised if I ever needed anything to please give her a call. At discharge I was only charged for the x-ray and nothing else. I remember asking "no office visit charge" to my surprise and disbelieve she said no; and thank you for choosing us. It's very rare to find places with such integrity these days. This place is a hidden gem! I drove away feeling valued as a customer and treated like a human being being and not a $ sign in a chair! I would recommend this place to everyone!!

First a little disclaimer here, I feel very nervous about any kind of dental procedure and was shocked when my dentist told me I needed a root canal. I was then referred to Dr. Peinado. When I arrived at Dr. Peinado's office I found a beautiful and peaceful place, but I was so stressed out that I cried in the waiting room. Dr. Peinado talked to me and asked about my fear. I said it was the drill, just to hear it gives me chicken skin. She offered me headphones and reassuringly explained the procedure, she said she was going to ensure I didn't feel any pain. She kept her word. Dr. Peinado checked in on me constantly and the procedure was painless. I felt that I was in the hands of a great professional who also cared for me. As an added bonus of customer service with a personal touch, Dr Peinado called that evening to see how I was doing. I'm very please and appreciative of her and all her team's efforts. I absolutely recommend her, she is an experienced professional and a sensitive person. 5- Star rating! Thank you Dr. Peinado!

Dr. Peinado was amazing. I have an extreme fear of the dentist. She explained everything and managed the pain completely. There was no pain as I have had in the past with other dentist. Her office is so warm and inviting and her staff are amazing as well. I highly recommend this practice.

Recently, I went to a general dentist, and was diagnosed with a frontal jawbone infection. After consulting a few general dentists, it looked like my lower two front teeth were going to have to be removed in order to eliminate the jawbone infection. However, one of these dentists referred me to Dr. Peinado for a final evaluation of my teeth and jawbone's condition. Dr. Peinado took X-Rays in order to diagnose my condition, and she immediately concluded that I needed apical surgery to control the infection, and to potentially save my lower two front bottom teeth. I was promptly put on antibiotics to prepare me for surgery... The surgery was extremely smooth and successful: she was able to effectively remove the infection from my jawbone without having to remove my lower two front teeth as my general dentist suggested :) !!! If in the future I need a root canal or another dental procedure, I will DEFINITELY go to Dr. Peinado after seeing the immense care and tremendous attention to detail she put forth. Dr. Peinado's professionalism gave me peace of mind before, during, and after the surgery because I always knew I was in good hands. Additionally, all of Dr. Peinado's team was superb; her secretary and assistants perfectly coordinated to provide premier customer service. Her office was clean and welcoming, and stocked with new equipment. Lastly, and most importantly, Dr. Peinado treated me with the highest level of humanitarianism. I was treated like a person, not like a number or customer. This is very rare to find nowadays and I was very fortunate and grateful to have been in the hands of a highly compassionate professional.
