Insurance and Payment Information

The endodontist is accepting most insurance company plans. Most of all, we work with your insurance carrier to understand and maximize your benefits. Out of pocket expenses, if any, will be explained and provided to you. We provide the very best Endodontic care and the most convenient payment options. Therefore we ask that you pay your estimated portion of the bill at the time services are rendered. We directly bill your insurance for their portion andyour account will be credited with payments made by your insurance company. A positive balance will result in a prompt refund to you. However if the insurance company does not pay their portion in full, you will be invoiced for the balance.
